small, frightened birb. while confident in body and fashion sense, they lack conviction in all other aspects of their life. they try desperately, almost uncomfortably, to fit in with any crowd that gives them a benefit of a doubt. this involves a lot of self-reinvention. eventually they get good enough at slipping into different personas that they are recruited by a con-artist group. not about to shake people who came to them first, they play along, but they've got a ways to go before they can truly call themselves either a con-artist, or con-fident.

mannerly drifter who has casual conversations with dead ancestors. does their own thing most of the time, though no one can really agree on what that is, only that they do it. sometimes they're helping people with ceremonies, sometimes they're getting rid of bad luck on crops, sometimes they advise families, sometimes they shriek at the sight of corn, and then never bring it up again. the inside of their head is nigh impregnable. despite all that, they're fairly gentle company to be with, and their smiles, though soft, are a treat to catch.

flirty, curvy masseuse who knows exactly how to get what they want. no, not that way you beautiful perv, you. well, only if they feel like it. either way, they're resourceful to a T, and just like they know the pressure points and how to smooth out the knots in people's muscles, they know how to do it in their heads as well. most don't even realize they're playing mind games, and most that do still give in anyways. while they can get others singing like a canary, they know just how much to give away about themselves, and how much to keep. they've come a long, long way for these luxuries, after all.

gullible florist and herbalist who just wants to have a good time. despite loving their flowers, and taking great care of them, they actually prefer the indoors, and are very weak against heat. it's not uncommon to see them sprawled out unconscious from time to time. dirt on their face and under their nails are arbitrary at those times. even with their bad self-preservation, their shop is doing remarkably well.

slinky dancer who is both light on their feet, and unfortunately on their promises. they'd never break something drastic, oh no. they'll just never pay you back for that donut you bought that one time. or two times. or eleven. you lose count. regardless, they never seem to keep a record of other's debts, so perhaps it's only fitting. they secretly wish for adventure, whether or not they're actually prepared for it.
