PAYMENT
• Paypal USD only. I don't accept points.
• Payment is required within the time specified beforehand by me; not doing so means your ownership will be dropped. If you simply need more time, let me know. I understand life happens.
• I allow for holding up to a week, with more time allotted to repeat&trusted customers.
• No refunds, so please be very sure you want the design.
ARTIST RIGHTS
• I reserve the right to feature [my specific art] of the design for self promotion.
• I cannot reuse/resell the adopt design again for personal or commercial projects.
• I reserve the right to reject your offer.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
• You may give adopts their own name, personality, back story, gender/sex, mechanics, etc as you see fit. Please go ham.
• Alterations to the design are allowed, even to the point where they become indistinguishable from when you first purchased them. Typically change means that you're spending more time/incorporating things better/refining their stuff, and I want that for my designs.
• By way of that last bullet, you may also create families for your adopts too. Parents/siblings/offspring/multiple forms are all a-okay.
• Please credit me when you use/post my art specifically.
• You may upload the work to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to either my da gallery or my tumblr: sandflakedraws.tumblr.com.
• You may use it for any personal use that you please, such as icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
• You may roleplay with the character, and/or treat them as your own oc.
• You may trade the character for other designs.
• You may sell the character for the same price you purchased it with.
• You may not claim the design as your own work, or redistribute it. You may use your own art/commissioned art (so long as the artist allows it) of the design for external commercial projects, however you may not use my art of any designs for commercial projects.
